01The service

ProxyShop provides access to residential proxy traffic, sold in prepaid packages measured in gigabytes. Proxy traffic is delivered through our upstream network partner's infrastructure. We provide the account, billing and management layer.

02Your account

Your account is identified only by a randomly generated 16-digit account number. You are responsible for keeping it, your recovery codes and your proxy credentials confidential.

Because we store only a cryptographic hash of your account number and collect no contact details, we cannot recover a lost account number, reset access, or verify ownership by any other means. Loss of your account number means loss of access to your account and its balance.

03Payments and balance

• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only. Your balance is credited once the payment has received the required network confirmations.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. The amount of cryptocurrency due is calculated by our payment processor at the time of payment.
• Balance top-ups are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cryptocurrency.
• Balance can be used to purchase traffic packages. If a purchased package cannot be delivered, the full price is automatically returned to your balance.

04Traffic

Traffic is measured in bytes sent and received through the proxy and deducted from your package. The usage figures shown in your dashboard are provided by our network partner and are authoritative for billing.

05Acceptable use

Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

06Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that any particular location, IP address or website will be accessible at any given time.

07Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that put the service or third parties at risk, or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard; any remaining balance and traffic is forfeited on deletion.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyShop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
